Frequently asked questions about delivery about international shipping

Q. How do you deliver?  
A.  Deliveries are usually made by Interlink Express (GeoPost), UPS, DHL or Royal Mail.
  
Q. When will my goods arrive?   How long will delivery take?   
A.  We use standard air service delivery for all items.   Typically this takes 3 days to EU countries,
5 days to North America and up to 7 days for Asia and Australasia.   If there is a delay it is often with the courier in the destination country so we recommend that you track your parcel online to   make sure that it doesn’t sit in a depot a few miles from you whilst you sit waiting patiently! 

Most orders are despatched within 48 hours HOWEVER we are a working factory, not just a warehouse.  For this reason we do not guarantee next day delivery as a standard service - we will do our very best to send out your order quickly and all orders will arrive within 7 days unless you are specifically notified of a delay.  If you need your items in a hurry just ask and we’ll do all we can to help! 

Q. I need my stuff urgently - can you send it faster?!!
A.  Of course - but it can be expensive!  If you would like us to use and express or super express
service we will get a quote for you.  Next day worldwide delivery is possible to many destinations including New York and most of mainland Europe,  though some more remote international orders may take a little longer even for express service,  but usually no more than 3 days even to New Zealand!   If you need Express International delivery we charge this extra at the actual cost of carriage.
